In this time of uncertainty how important is to have a daily self yoga practice. This tool is like the strong roots of the tree of calmness. Let us bring unity, breath together, and keep HOPE alive, by being part of 3 yoga classes a week through zoom. The schedule is different every day and the style as well. Nowadays there are many people who think that perfect health is the absence of an illness or any viruses. However, it goes beyond that. To be healthy is not just in the physical body, but the mental health is critical. Let us not allow the media to bombard us with fear. Our minds need to be clear, pure, transparent so thoughts are a reflection of that healthy mind. We already know that there is uncertainty in this physical world, so let us be alert, prepared but with affecti...on and peace. When the student is ready, the teacher appears is a well-known saying with a true foundation. What can we learn from this teacher, the corona virus? Symbolically seeing, First, what a name. In Spanish it means crown what kind of crown would you like to wear, a virtuous one, an egoist one, a powerful one, a thorny one... perhaps the name of this virus is leading to a royal path. Returning back to our divine kingdom. In an obvious scenario this corona virus is throwing us to go back to foundations in hygienic aspects and perhaps all the social events and flight cancellations is an invitation to be more in family and be inwards, a time for self-realization, selfless service and wisdom in action. We need to be healthy also in spiritual arena. We hear in the Bhagavad Gita when Arjuna does not want to fight, but Krishna says is his dharma and he offers to the rivals and Arjuna, a) all his army with all the weapons or b) his presence. The family chooses the army and Arjuna chooses the presence of God and it is in that decision that he wins the war. As we are in this battlefield of medical and panicking epidemia, let us stand strong like Arjuna choosing our health, the health of our soul. Having a time for meditation and contemplation with the greatest scientist and the doctor of all of humanity. A wonderful tool is to do your daily practice of yoga. It does not need to be 2 hour primary series of ashtanga. Perhaps 10 min of gentle glow is enough for you. Also let us experience the importance of pranayama, deep conscious breath is the medicine to have a strong immune system. Meditation soothes the busy mind, even 4 minutes a day will decrees that chatter inside. Be strong in body, mind and spirit. Namaste my dear blooming yogis
