Calling all Ashtangis! 2 playful workshops where we will work through the poses from the Primary Series and learn the this powerful tool embedded in the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice. All those with an interest are welcome! The first of two workshops is this Sunday morning at 7.30-8.45am in Road Town.
