This morning we worked on the lateral line of hips and legs- hello to the IT band! This is probably one of my favourite sequences so far (mainly cause this is the type of work my body needs!). I've found with increased sitting, and then longer walks- my outer hips and legs are feeling very tight: this flow strengthens and releases this outer line. https://youtu.be/8NYoGuO3nX8
