Our @moveactive reformer mats have arrived ! With a suede top and biodegradable rubber base, these mats will stop you slipping on the reformer as well as increasing hygiene in the studio. Grab one in the studio today

Starting this week we have added: 7.30am Reformer on Monday 4.30pm Matwork on Wednesday 7.30am Reformer on Friday Please make sure you have booked your classes early to avoid missing out and only book classes you intend to join. Also, please jump on a waitlist if there are no spots left as most of the time there are last minute spots that become available. Another tip !
