Level 1 yoga starts at 4 pm, followed by Multi-level yoga at 5:30!

Busy busy day in the studio. We started the day with wake up yoga at 6:30. Lunch hour yoga starts at 11:30, Multi level yoga at 4, level 2 yoga at 5:30, and Hoop-yo with Morning Rain Massage starts at 7:15. Hope to see you at the studio!
