Happy New Year! We are back! Sorry it’s been so long since our last post. I’m in my first year of teaching elementary school and it’s been nice to have this winter break to rest and recharge. With the extra time I’ve been digging into the artwork of Guru Yoga Cards with Tearyawna. This year our goal is to produce an affordable deck in mass to get more people practicing yoga and cultivating mindfulness in their lives and our society! Cheers to a mindful 2020!
