Memories from 2019.. Lois’s word: Dear HT Friends, That is the BEST PHOTO EVER!! EVERYONE LOOKS TERRIFIC, don't you think?? I could never get my FOUR kids to look good at the same time, and look at ALL of us ~ happy, healthy and good-looking! Fun times!!... Some of you are back at HT and I'm happy for you! I joined because after many years of working and forced to adhere to strict schedules, I totally fell apart when I retired ~ loved to lounge in pajamas, reading two delivered newspapers/day plus one online (still do) drinking coffee. LOVE IT! But I had a reunion years ago and a friend talked me into joining HT to lose 25 lbs. in two weeks and then the only person I knew QUIT! (she got cancer). So I started introducing myself to strangers ~ which was everyone ~ dragging them around the track to chat (rude to talk in class) and I MET ALL OF YOU! You're all fun and friendly and I miss you! BTW, there are excellent classes on the HT website ~ not that I've done them with my (now) torn meniscus which doesn't seem to be healing ~ my son bought me a little Cubii and even that aggravates it ~ but I watched a few classes this week and I'll do a little upper body exercise ~ maybe. Seems one has to actually DO the exercises to benefit. Can't get motivated, can you?? I need a Shannon pep talk! Someone famous (tee hee) once said, "This, too, shall pass." Yes, it will, But NOT SOON ENOUGH!! So how are you faring?? I hope your holidays are as happy as can be!! Cheers Happy Holidays!!
