Normally January is all about New Year, New You. Classes are super popular and many of us try new things for the first time. This year however, things are a little different. We can honestly say that our studio has never been this quiet on Monday evening in January - ever! We might not be able to welcome you into the hot studio at this moment in time, but we’re committed to looking after our members’ wellbeing all the same. You’re not getting away from us that easily! Lockdown isn’t easy. And we’re not going to pretend it is. So we’ve put together a few ways you can stay well in both body and mind until we’re permitted to open the studio once again. We'll be sharing these lockdown ideas over the next week, so keep an eye out for inspiration Stay safe everyone!
