To our loyal gym members, Our doors remain open. We are a small local gym and usually don’t have more then 10 members at a time in a 7000sqft space. Main St Fitness is taking all the necessary precautions. We have placed extra sanitizer spray bottles throughout the gym for your convenience and protection, please make sure to clean the equipment before and after using. Well It is finally here. We have finished the new Aerobics class room and are ready to start classes. We will start our classes this coming Monday. Schedule is posted here. All of our classes are virtual classes. I have attached a video to give you an idea of how the classes work. Virtual is the new way that gyms like Golds, Life Fitness and many other fitness centers are heading to. We have installed a 100inch screen in the room for the classes. ****For the remainder of Fe...bruary we are inviting anyone who wants to attend any class FREE of charge to try it out. March 1st we will begin charging for classes unless you are a full member of the Gym which are then included in membership. We will offer just a Class Membership which will be $20.00 per month or you can attend any single class for just $5.00 each. ****** We are working on the Youth classes which will start in March also. Well the rubber floor is scheduled to arrive tommorrow. We will install this week and HOPE to be able to start scheduling classes soon. As we work on the schedule. I ask what kind of classes would everyone like to see and what time of day. We have just about every class you can imagine.

We have been asked my several parents to create a children’s workout class probably like a PE class. Most of the parents are homeschool parents but I wanted to check and see how much interest there really is before we work towards creating a program. We would probably create two age group programs. So let me know if this is something that would be supported. Thanks
