If seeing this made you wince then you should definitely screen shot, print and pop this in your pocket or your purse. Write it on a post it note, or write it on your mirror. If you were REALLY horrified then send yourself a love letter about how proud you are of you, acknowledge everything you have overcome to be where you are right now. Buy yourself the flowers, run that bubble bath, light the best candle, pour the quality wine, because here’s the thing: You deserve to... be celebrated for exactly who you are. If there’s one thing I hope I can teach this darling girl it’s this: Being alone can be the time you feel most supported. When we allow ourselves to step away from the busy-ness and the people- pleasing we can drop into stillness. Inside the stillness there is a comfort to be found that’s hard to put into words: It’s a remembering of our spirit and of our connection; we can be reminded of our wholeness and of our strength. I wonder if you can take some time for you today just to BE rather than do? Maybe just a few minutes? Adding a count to your breath will help to steady a busy mind; try starting with a count of 4 to inhale and 4 to exhale. This dropping into being is actually an advanced practice if you can manage it ( no yoga leggings required)

This little guy seems to show up a lot for me at the moment. The heron can symbolise patience, determination and peace. It’s fair to say we’ve all needed plenty of all the above this past year. I wonder if you have also seen him/ her at #Roath Park lake too?.. if not look out for him, he’s there, wading around in the marshes knowing that beauty and wonder is always around the corner .. we just need to practice patience. If you’re reading this I’m sending you my love, keep looking for beauty it hasn’t left

Hello how are you coping? It’s difficult when we are up against it to stay in flow sometimes isn’t it? (did someone say homeschooling?! ) I know from my own experience that when the world feels groundless, I have to make my inner peace my absolute priority; otherwise negative thought patterns start to have a snowball effect. SO, if you are feeling like you need to carve out some time for yourself to ground, reconnect and reclaim your vibe .. I’d love you to join me for th...is 6 week programme: 1st Feb- 15th March 6x Active Yoga sessions to ground, strengthen & Nourish OR 6x Restorative sessions to rebalance the chakra system. You can take one course for 39 (one session a week) or both for 69 (two sessions a week) All sessions will be pre-recorded & emailed for you to do at a time to suit you. Drop your shoulders & soften your jaw. Feel into your feet, press them into the earth a little & wriggle those toes. That’s better right? PS: I did ( eventually) give the kids their sledge back ..
