We also want to pay reverence to another beautiful Elder Aunty Minnie Mace who is a personal guide for us at My Health Yoga and who featured recently in our healing documentary. We all love Deva Premal & Miten! They have been part of our school’s chants for over 2 dec...ades and I’ll never forget meeting them on one of our yoga retreats back in 2004. We all acted like groupies! 2 years ago today, the My Health Primary School opened in Cambodia! Bless all the children and may they all be free to play and dream. The schools built by Educating Cambodia of which the My Health school is 1 of 4, is thanks to the courage and tireless work of John Mann. A labour of love to get local children educated and safe from predators who pass through these villages looking to kidnap and traffic kids. Meet Sara... Sara is originally from Sweden, 7 years ago she spontaneously decided to travel to Australia, completely fell in love and has lived here ever since. Sara loves to spend time in nature, travelling and is always up for an adventure.... Sara discovered yoga about 5 years ago and believes it has radically changed her relationship with self and her relationship with life. Sara completed her level 1 techer training at My health and is excited to share all she has learnt. Sara is super passionate about holistic healing and diving deep into the subconscious mind so when shes not doing yoga, adventuring or working on her business, you will most likely find her indulged in a book learning about these topics. Sara is a regular student at our My Health Yoga Broadbeach studio, her commitment to our buddhaful space & her practice is inspiring. Raise your Chrism Oil and become the Anointed One. All spiritual traditions including yoga speak to the rising of Kundalini through the Chakras to become enlightened. Within all humans is the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) which can be raised into the ‘Light of God’ at the optic thalamus. When you practice living with kindness to all beings, including eating a plant based diet to alkalise your body, the chrism oil in the CSF will rise, thereby becoming the anointed one standing in your Christed Flame. The true meaning of Christmas is birthing the Christ Consciousness within.

There is no skin colour. There is only ONENESS. We entered the Rainbow Dreamtime on December 21 2020.
