You all know how it is and the nuances of the newly in love one are many. And what we all also know is that for most of us that feeling seems to disappear, sometimes as fast as it appeared. And what is probably yet unknown is that there is a certain

You all know how it is and the nuances of the newly in love one are many. And what we all also know is that for most of us that feeling seems to disappear, sometimes as fast as it appeared. Everything is inevitably transforming in our lives, as the stages of love, but it doesn't have to mean the blissful episodes can not be reawakened and even intensified. 5 ways of how to enjoy Christmas on a deeper level. Christmas can for many be related to different aspects of stress, over eating and agitations. If you experience that you feel agitated and stressed, we have some ideas of how to find that beautiful Christmas peace. ... 1. Relaxation & awareness. To maximise the effects of relaxation and in order to relax on a more profound level, there is a magic ingredient that we often are not aware of. And that is awareness. If you put awareness into relaxing consciously, and constantly giving the impulse of awareness into your actions, you will discover a deeper state of peace in your being which is more continuous and prolonged. 2. Focusing in your heart. Christmas IS all about love and if you take small moments of breaks when you centre in the middle of your chest, you can experience states of amplified love and deeper connection to your loved ones. You can also do it all together as an experiment :) Taking 5 min, sitting in a meditation posture, eyes closed and focusing your attention in the middle of your chest, the centre of your spiritual heart. Feel the love arising in your heart and how it spreads and connects to the hearts of the other ones. Enjoy this moment together in silence and see if you notice any difference in your interactions afterwards. 3. Active love. Take small moments when shopping, when preparing your Christmas food, when being together, and focus on the love you feel for these people in your life. Let yourself be inspired to offer gifts from your heart as gestures of love. 4. Vajrasana. Since we all often overeat during Christmas and feel like big panda bears, we have an asana that helps to aid digestion (see pic below). Sit in the posture 5 -7 minutes and you might notice how the heaviness of all the yummie food gets alchemised. You do the posture by sitting on your knees, with heals apart so the bum is resting in between your feet. Hands on your hips, so the elbows point outwards. During the asana, aim to relax as deeply as possible. 5. Last but not least, remember what Christmas is all about. It’s the time for love, forgiveness and gratitude. Let yourself be a channel of all these virtues and immerse yourself in loving peace.

7 tips for stepping into the new year as a true yoga seeker: 1. Make a retrospective of your inner development for this year, the good states, the bad states, the spiritual achievements, the lessons you learned. 2. Set some goals in this direction of inner transformation for next year and write them down. It is important to be very clear and achievable goals, so you can evaluate them at the end of next year (max 5 big goals, for example: improve focus, eliminate laziness and ...inertia, be more empathetic in the couple relationship etc.) 3. Take each goal and make a clear plan of how to achieve it: if I want to improve my focus, then I will meditate every day 20 minutes. 4. Forgive all the people that hurt you this year and forget all the sorrows. (you can start using a special forgiveness technique). Ask for forgiveness also to the people you did something wrong to. 5. Make a purification technique before Christmas, like Oshawa or fasting, to start the new year with a clean and pure body. 6. f you have any remaining vice, maybe now is the time to quit and start the year fresh and free. One resolution which yogis can try this New Year is to turn to vegetarian food. 7. Meditate and practice yoga as much as possible before and even during New Year’s Eve, to have a high state of peace, harmony, and happiness at 00.01 on the 1st of January.

Meet our teacher Sahaj Sahaj has been teaching tantra for 20 years and sharing years of his personal experiences and wisdom. Sahaj teaches with a great inspiration, humour and creativity. Being a freelance journalist, co - editor for alternative media and researched about cosmology and the sacred in comparative literature, Sahaj has a lot of knowledge which he enthusiastically shares with his students. Community is of a big importance for him and its easy to feel that you be...come friends with Sahaj in an instant when meeting him :) Its always a very fulfilling and inspiring to hear Sahaj holding lectures and we are so grateful to have him in our team. The first time he did Bhujangasana at a yoga class, he had a powerful energetic experience, feeling love and compassion in a way he otherwise only did in the rare moments of grace when he was in love. This was a big revelation for him which he was eager to investigate more into. Start the new year with a clean slate! One of the most difficult things sometimes is to forgive the people that hurt us. Many of us carry the weight of a hard feeling for years before we can let go and move on. Even if is a couple relationship that ended, a friend who made a mistake or a work colleague who said something mean in a meeting, the burden of that state is holding us back. But what if this year you learn a way to forgive and step into the new year with peace and... harmony in your heart? Join us on the 13th of December for The Alchemy of Forgiveness and receive an initiation in a highly efficient forgiveness technique to alchemise heavy states & emotions (such as resentment, anger, regret, vengefulness & bitterness). In the workshop, you will have the chance to experience a Ritual of Forgiveness in which you will use the technique to rapidly purify & release heavy emotions & inner states. Until then, use the time to reflect on what you want to forgive.

In our yoga center we are dedicated to teach esoteric yoga which is different from the view of yoga being used as simple gymnastics for the body.
