What the world needs now (and always!) is love sweet love! But it’s not always easy to connect to love, especially these days when fear and stress and survival mode are forefront for so many of us. Rainbow Yoga is about discovering and remembering and practicing new and ancient ways of connecting to LOVE, for ourselves, our loved ones, our children, and the world. I feel so blessed to be able to lean into the Rainbow movement, especially now. Here’s to sharing that love and support
