We can't believe that it's the last week of term already! If you've still got classes to catch up don't forget to book them in. We can offer you plenty of options to choose from whether you are new to Yoga or a seasoned practitioner. All our group classes are staying online for safety reasons. We will also be keeping the class sizes smaller so don't forget to book to reserve your space for next term as soon as possible; we'd hate for you to miss out on your first choice of cl...ass The online classes work just like our live classes and you can see and talk to your teacher and your classmates in just the same way. We use a big screen so we can see you clearly and give individual adjustments if we think they might be useful for you. The online system is simple to use and quick to set up so we really do hope you'll give it a go. As usual, we'll be leaving our online classrooms open afterwards so that you can also socialise with your classmates so don't forget to have your post class coffee close by too! Up at 5.15am this morning so we could join a Zoom training session in India. We've been studying Ayurvedic and Yogic approaches to working with insomnia (anyone else find a certain humour in the timing? ). Followed the morning sessions with a bracing walk with the dog to clear our heads. We're back now for hot chocolate and to work through all our study notes! How's your Sunday going?
As a regular runner Yoga has definitely helped me avoid those niggly little injuries that can otherwise build up and get in the way of consistent training. Yoga has so many tools to offer in its toolbox. A regular practice can help us all live healthier lives, whatever our current levels of activity. Fortunately, we don't need to be Olympic athletes to get started!
