Sunday Yoga at the Mediator is returning - on Zoom! Sorry I have been away for awhile- the summer saw lots of work on plans and transitions, but I am now ready to return to teaching - albeit still on the online platform. With covid 19 still hovering around with the potential to outbreak again, the online forum that zoom provides is still the preferred medium as it allows for a class like atmosphere and an opportunity for me to see you, too; as well as to have conversations, ...ask questions and to offer correctives as able. Importantly, those parameters keep me in compliance with my insurance! So -to the details! Starting Sunday September 27th - 9-10:15 am Yoga/Yoga Nidra We will have a half class of posture and then the remainder will be Yoga Nidra - intentional guided yoga meditation in the resting position. As always, the cost is by donation. I accept payment via paypal and venmo right now, and am considering zelle also. As always, donate what you feel is the right amount for you - this is an energetic exchange! Hope to see you in couple of weeks!

I am on the fence. I still feel it is too soon to teach an indoor class at the Mediator. I will be resuming teaching an early Sunday morning Meditation in Motion class through Santosha on zoom later this month. I am considering teaching a 2nd class, - more along the lines of a more traditional Amrit Yoga Posture of Consciousness class for the Mediator group mid Sunday morning, but that will also be on zoom. As always, that class would be by donation, and I would set up a l...ink to my venmo account for payment. I am curious to know whether or not there is interest in this before I pursue putting more time/energy into this particular endeavor. Please comment. Thank you and Jai Bhagwan!
