I know that with PD it is sometimes hard to get moving in the morning, physically and emotionally. This short 5-10 minute practice energizes me for my day, while addressing my specific PD needs. My video is a demo, so feel free to make it your own by adding more movement, longer meditation time, etc. The components of the video are: centering, 2 types of breath work, meditation, and chanting for strengthening the voice Yes, once learned, all of this can be done in 5 minutes!

Non-violence or more exactly, absence of injury is in Sanskrit, Ahimsa. It is the first of the 5 Yamas of yoga, the practices of self-regulation. As in most of these practices, they have a gross to subtle orientation. We practice Ahimsa when we as humans take care of the environment, for example.
