Goodbye 2020 and hello 2021. I am really looking forward to sharing this year with you Having taught yoga to many different communities for over 15 years and having studied other healing modalities, I am very aware that I have gone on a healing journey, which is still ongoing, and one in which I am evolving all the time. Today I teach not only mindful movement but breathwork and irest meditation, all of which have become integral parts of my life. Last night I was blessed to share space with 12 other amazing women, who are as passionate as I am, about looking after themselves and their well-being. I absolutely love these monthly sessions.. they are such a safe space of joy and shared learning. And as I sit snuggled up on my couch this chilly morning, I am reflecting on my journey of late and am so very grateful to have the opportunity to share knowledge and my experiences, since these are often our greatest teachers.
