Good morning. I want to go live on YouTube with 15 minute sessions teaching the 5 Tibetans. In order to do that, I need 1000 subscribers. I am asking folks to subscribe to my YouTube Channel. With so much always going on; it's hard to settle the mind enough to find peace. The video you are about to watch contains 3 different methods which will de ~ clutter the mind enough to grant you a sense of stability and contentment. After viewing the video; you may want to pick one of the three that matches your harmony after you have a pretty good sense of the techniques involved. Did you ever notice how one person can get something done in 1/2 an hour and it takes another person up to 2 days to do the same task. It's not necessarily a difference in intellect!!
