Taking a self-care Saturday for Kassidy means stepping off her back porch first thing and doing some Gentle Yoga....praise music, cool breeze, and gorgeous blue skies! We love the quote, You can’t pour from an empty cup. Taking care of ourselves looks different for us all. How are you taking care of yourself today? . We sure are missing you all, but we are making the most of this time with our families and are stretching (pun intended!) ourselves and our business in new ways. Although this morning we practice in solitude, we can’t wait to practice alongside you all soon!

To our valued community, We miss seeing your faces and connecting with each one of you. We have all been affected by COVID-19 in one way or another, and we look forward to hearing your stories. As we were forced to push the pause button, we have had the opportunity to take a step back and re-evaluate where we are called to take Studio 99. Our story began with a dream and two friends who wanted to introduce Claremore to its FIRST EVER Barre and Yoga studio. Not only did we acq...uire the coolest space in town, but we were lucky enough to grow our dream into a wonderful and successful reality! As we’ve had to adjust during this unique and difficult time, we’ve also had to make the tough decision to step away from the physical space we’ve created and take our vision to the next phase. Making adjustments to a good, growing, and successful venture is difficult, but adjusting is what we do best... in yoga, barre, business, and life! God is calling us to move forward, and because we see Studio 99 as our mission for Him, we must listen! Now, that does not mean that Studio 99 is closed! We have the opportunity to take what we offer far beyond the four walls we’ve known, and we can’t wait! We will continue to serve and love on our community, but it will look a bit different. We will be posting on social media many opportunities to practice Barre and Yoga with us over the weeks to come....sunrise yoga at the lake, Pop-Up classes, new specialized series, private lessons, and more virtual content are just to name a few! We are sad to move away from Main Street, yet we are excited about where we are headed! Friends, because of your love and support, we want to thank you for allowing us to do something new and exciting in Claremore this last year and we believe that it was just the beginning!
