Sometimes it’s just not possible to fit in a full hour of yoga into our day or week. Choosing just a few of these full body stretches will only take ten or fifteen minutes out of your day and will help you maintain your flexibility ~Namaste. Suzie

How many of you are spending most of your time inside, maybe not even getting out for a walk? We tend to sit hunched over our computers and our phones with our head dropped down, and that is not good for our posture. These three poses - chest stretch, bow and bridge are all excellent for helping counter that poor posture.
