Mindful Mondays! A new post series we’ll have here on the page Message us intentions you have and we’ll add them to the #MindfulMonday posts! Word Life Yoga is doing some rebranding over the next few months. Taking necessary time to complete meticulous tasks involved in building a brand ... I’ve been a lazy fuck - slacking on a few things. Yes - it happens. I’m not knocking anyone for being lazy - I can be lazy too I am blessed to have a lot of love from others in my life - family and friends. So I’m back to the break down and plot shit out method. An art that I’ve strayed myself away from and am now longing for. I can’t make this happen on my own and I am blessed to now have help with the evolution of #WordLifeYoga Discipline is key yo - it’s a matter of finding it. It is not easy, but it is a simple concept. In my very humble opinion... I mean - do I really know what discipline is? I’m exploring - that’s all I can say Mindful Mondays are part of that exploration and I want your voice included. I don’t care who you are - just try to be nice. I really try to do that.
