Join us on Monday January 11 at 7 PM in The Colony Community Center for Hatha Yoga. Cost is $10 payable at The Colony Recreation Center across the parking lot! Come this Monday... there is NO YOGA on January 18 due to the Holiday. If you want to give yoga a try, this is the place. I'll have a mat you can use until you get your own. The hardest part about starting something new is to take that first step and SHOW UP! You will be welcome!! Grab a friend and join us!

Join me on the mat Tuesday 7 pm Aldersgate United Methodist Church Carrollton. Get a practice in before Christmas!! Then tell Santa you need a new mat for Christmas . Don’t want to get down on the mat? Still ask for one and join us on Wednesday at 1 pm for yoga using a chair. We use a mat for chair yoga too. No yoga at Aldersgate Christmas week. So come practice with me this week. Can’t make it? Merry Christmas!!!

Aldersgate United Methodist Church Carrollton 3926 Old Denton Rd will host MAT YOGA starting Tuesdays Dec 1 at 7 p.m. This class is being transferred from First United Methodist Church The Colony until we can get back into the church. Please enter Aldersgate from the front parking lot through the door to the right of the main entrance. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES and we will social distance in Fellowship Hall.
