Hey FB Yoga Fam. My 1st workshop on Yoga assists since finishing my new book, The Secret Art of Yoga Assists, will be in L.A. on Saturday February 2 at Live Yoga Wellness. Featuring as many as 7-8 different hands-on approaches per pose, this 5-hour playshop will be beyond the typical Yoga assist workshop. Y’all know me! LOL. . Collectively, we will also discuss ways to facilitate better breathing in asanas and how to rewire the practitioner’s neurology and habits... using hands-on and verbal cuing. Moreover, we will talk about what ‘going deeper’ in poses really means.
